Shipping Methods & Costs
- Ground Shipping: Shipping is on us! Delivery times typically range from 1-5 business days, depending on your location.
- International Shipping: We currently do offer international shipping.
Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
- Delays: Occasionally, there may be delays due to high order volumes due to special holidays (e.g, Black Friday) or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier-related issues. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s status and estimated delivery time.
Lost or Stolen Packages
GAUCHA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the re-shipment costs. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout to avoid any issues.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you need further assistance with your shipping address, please contact our customer service team.
